Product Quality:

We pride ourselves on sourcing quality brand name products at value pricing.  The product we offer on-line is first run, new in box products. We will stand behind our products and will only sell products that we believe you will be able to turn into profitable dollars. Our goal is to build relationships with our customers through superior service and product quality.

Pricing: 

All pricing listed are our wholesale prices. Our pricing is based on the pricing we can negotiate on the sourcing end. Our wholesale price will range from 10% to 50% off original wholesale pricing. This gives the you, the reseller a great opportunity to make a profitable margin.

How to Order:

Browse the web-site - Items chosen will be added to the shopping cart. When you are done shopping proceed to checkout and follow the instructions.

Sales Terms:

• There is a $100.00 minimum order.
• Your reseller tax number or non-profit status number will be required before we ship the order. You can fax (913-681-1642) or email (valuewholesaleplus@kc.rr.com) your certificate to us.
• We use PayPal Pro to process all credit cards through a secure channel.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
• We also accept personal checks or money orders (there will be a 10 day holding period for the check to clear)

Order Fulfillment:

• Value Wholesale Plus sources product from a variety of vendors. Some of the product is in very limited quantities or no longer available. We also are selling against the inventory daily, so we cannot guarantee shipment of all product ordered.
• Any products that are not available at the time of shipment will be canceled off the order. We do not back-order at this time.

 Shipping:

• We ship F.O.B. Raytown, MO
• UPS Ground will be the preferred shipper
• Shipping is 10% of the total cost anywhere in the contiguous 48 states -
• For a limited time we are offering free freight on orders $500.00 or more (Artificial Christmas Trees not included in Free freight special)
• For orders to HI and AK please contact us for freight rates
• Virtually all orders are shipped with in three days
• If you have special shipping needs or need expedited shipping please contact us

Damaged Shipments:

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.  

Return Merchandise Policy:

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the return request to support@valuewholesaleplus.com at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with instructions will be sent to you. All product being returned must have an RA# issued before returned.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our end.
